Lee R. Phillips, Attorney is a United States Supreme Court Counselor. Lee has three university degrees—BS, MS, JD- and is a registered investment advisor. He also has held licenses in real estate securities, and life insurance. Lee is nationally recognized in the fields of business structuring, asset protection, financial planning and, estate planning. Lee founded LegaLees Corporation, a company specializing in solving tax and asset protection problems of the wealthy.

Lee graduated as a patent attorney from one of the nation's top 25 law schools, and began his practice. Afterward, Lee spent five years in the dual position of Associate Director of Research and Assistant General Counsel at the largest private university in the nation.

Lee has been regularly published in several magazines including Monetary Intelligence, Broker News and Physician's Money Digest.
